TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Full payment is required upon booking.
  • All bookings made are considered tentative unless payment has been received.
  • For prepaid bookings via credit card, kindly fill out the form that will be sent to you via email.
  • If the cardholder is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to bring a photocopy of the credit card used and a valid government issued ID of the cardholder.
  • Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made within 72 hours prior to your arrival. One night room charge will incur if cancellation/amendment is made less than 72 hours.
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel is treated as No-Show and will incur one night room charge.
  • All refunds required in the event of cancellation and amendments will be credited back to your card.
  • Check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Half day room charge may be incurred for late check out between 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.
  • Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Maximum number of guest per room is 2 adults. Extra person charge is P200.00 per person per night and additional extra bed can be arranged at the front desk with additional payment. Children aged 12 years old and below have no additional charge.
  • Airport pick-up/transfer is P400.00/trip and subject to availability. Guests are required to confirm their request and send flight details via email at regency@regencyinndavao.com.
  • Any damages to Regency Inn properties will be charged to the account of the guest.
